Once registration is complete you will have access to your own unique links to share with friends and family and be able to keep track of your referrals and their status through the Spartan Wellness referral program portal.

Now that you are registered and have received access to your unique referral links - share with friends and family. they will be able to register with Spartan Wellness an start their journey to a better quality of life utilizing our services.

Earn

Once your referral has utilized Spartan Wellness services for three consecutive months, you will receive a notification letting you know it is time to earn your reward.

Repeat

There is no limit to how many friends and family you can refer. The more referrals you make the more you can earn, give back to communities that matter to you most, and help friends and family start their journey to a better quality of life.

Charitable donation selection:

Charities listed have been recommended by our patients, and selected based on a specific set of criteria. Important factors such as history, reputation, CRA records and transparency.

Charitable Donation Criteria

Must have been in business for at least 3 years
Established with CRA, with visible records and audits
75 cents out of every dollar must be used on programs or recipients (No more than 25% of income used on administration)
Good reviews from our patient base

Donations: Donations will be made to recipient organizations on a recurring basis of twice per year in the recipients name, and a tax receipt where applicable will be provided to both parties.

How Does the Referral Program Work?

We’re thrilled to announce an improvement to the Spartan Wellness Referral Program!

Starting today, you will be able to receive a $25.00 for every qualified referral who completes their first appointment with our Spartan Wellness Virtual Care Team as a first-time patient for any qualifying modality – Mental Health Psychosocial Support, Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, Nurse Practitioner.

For example, if you refer a friend to our Spartan Wellness Registered Dietitian and they complete their first-time appointment, you’ll earn $25.00 in the next qualified payment schedule — it’s that simple!

You can expect your reward within 2-3 weeks after your referral fulfills the active patient criteria, marking their commitment to a better quality of life.

How will I know if my referral has been successful?

You’ll receive notification updates via email on your referral’s progress and when your rewards are ready to be claimed.

Can I refer someone who is already a patient at Spartan Wellness?

No, the referral program is exclusively for new patients. It’s your chance to help others begin their journey to improved health with us.
