Ottawa Golf Simulator – Completed

Introducing our new Community Care Squad!!

Our new initiative is focused on supporting individuals, including veterans and first responders, who have experienced trauma and are seeking to grow and thrive in the aftermath.

The Community Care Squad engages veterans & first responders in activities that promote physical, emotional, and healing, such as yoga, art therapy, and outdoor adventures. These programs are often designed to help participants rediscover purpose and build confidence. The concept of our Community Care Squad looks to bring positive psychological changes that can occur as a result of struggling with challenging life circumstances.

The Community Care Squad aims to create opportunities for personal development and resilience-building through education, community programs, and resources. With a focus on fostering mental health, social connections, and skills that enable veterans to reintegrate into civilian life and find new meaning and purpose.

First Community Care Squad Event

Our first event was a special evening dedicated to our Veterans and First Responders at Golf O Max Golf Simulator in Ottawa, Ontario! First of many upcoming community events in the Ottawa Region.  Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or trying it for the first time, this event is perfect opportunity to connect with fellow veterans and community care squad.

⛳ What a Night at Golf-O-Max Ottawa! 🎉

We had an amazing time last night at the Spartan Wellness Community Care Squad Virtual Golf Event at Golf-O-Max Ottawa! Veterans came together for a relaxing night of fun, camaraderie, and great swings! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—we love creating spaces where our veteran community can connect, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved fun. Until next time, keep swinging! ⛳✨
