Starting today, you will be able to receive a $25 Visa gift card for every qualified referral who completes their first appointment with our Spartan Wellness Virtual Care Team as a first-time patient for any qualifying service – Mental Health Psychosocial Support, Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, Nurse Practitioner.

Register now to access our FREE Member’s Area, where you can view your Referral Dashboard and get your custom link to share with friends and family. After registering, your link will be active and you can start earning rewards.

The Referral Dashboard is available through the Member’s Area and provides access to your referral activity, custom “Referral Link” and reward status. You’ll also find free resources, and upcoming events exclusive to the Member’s Area.

Your referral must complete their first appointment with one of our medical providers.

For example, if you refer a friend to our Spartan Wellness Registered Dietitian and they complete their first-time appointment, you’ll earn $25.00 in the next qualified payment schedule — it’s that simple!

Who We Consider a First Responder

First Responders are professionals trained to respond immediately to emergencies. This includes paramedics, firefighters, police officers, and emergency dispatchers who serve on the front lines of crisis situations.

Who We Consider a Frontline Worker​

Frontline Workers are individuals who provide direct, hands-on services in high-risk or critical environments — including nurses, physicians, personal support workers (PSWs), corrections officers, search and rescue teams, and Coast Guard SAR personnel.

Who We Consider an Essential Worker

Essential Workers help maintain critical services but may not provide direct care. This includes emergency crew workers, unionized essential service staff, and those supporting vital search or emergency operations.
