If you’re a Veteran, your coverage is typically managed through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and administered by Medavie Blue Cross. You can check your eligibility and coverage details by logging into your Medavie Blue Cross portal or by contacting Medavie Blue Cross directly at 1-888-261-4033.

These letters must be completed by a qualified specialist and include a clinical rationale supporting the increased dosage or extended treatment plan.

At Spartan Wellness, we assist veterans by coordinating assessments, preparing the required documentation, and submitting the Special Authorization Letter on your behalf. Our team is here to ensure you receive the support and care you’re entitled to—without added stress.

We are committed to providing prompt and efficient care to all individuals across Canada. While most services are available without delay, some may be waitlisted depending on your province. Our team is working diligently to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible.
