Causes of Persistent Discomfort

Understanding the causes can help you manage and alleviate persistent discomfort. Here are some common factors:

  • Chronic Conditions: Long-term health issues like arthritis, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue syndrome.
  • Poor Posture: Maintaining improper posture for extended periods can strain muscles and joints.
  • Overuse of Muscles or Joints: Repetitive movements or activities that overwork specific areas of the body.
  • Stress and Anxiety: Emotional stress can lead to muscle tension, which may exacerbate pain.
  • Previous Injuries or Trauma: Unresolved injuries or trauma that haven’t fully healed.
